C Worlds – 2020

By Mary Berg —Saturday – We sailed one shifty, light wind race this morning at the C Worlds Regatta on Delavan Lake. The race was just over an hour long with 27 boats on the starting line. Competition was fierce, and the positions of the sailors changed continuously throughout the race. The SL-111 took the win after an excellent race. The race committee made a dedicated effort to get a race off this afternoon to no avail. Unfortunately, the breeze shut off, but the fleet is looking forward to a 9 AM warning tomorrow to complete as many races as possible.

Sunday – three early morning races crowned a local champ.
